No solution offered which has resulted in me cancelling my subscription to prevent the full payment being taken in a couple of days time. Speaking to another DAZN rep was pointless. I have been on today and again the account was saying they would be taking full payment. My account consistently showed they planned to take the full amount at the August 2023 renewal date, and I was consistently told by numerous DAZN customer service reps in their chat feature that there were technical issues and my account would be updated before August. I have been in contact with DAZN customer services weekly since my account was migrated to confirm this would be the case. ![]() ![]() So hearing the game pass was being migrated to DAZN for the next year I wanted exactly the same arrangement. ![]() So I've been a very happy NFL Game Pass Customer for a few years and have been happy paying quarterly for my annual subscription.
